Inflatable Adventures is THE best thing you can do to elevate your event. They called me last year to report high wind conditions and gave a full refund. I used them again this year. Their people are professional and safety minded. Everything was anchored to the ground with iron spikes. All of my guests were awed by the rides and spin art. Even neighbors complimented the set up. This is a great investment in lifelong memories.

Inflatable Adventures was awesome. We rented a Paw Patrol 4 in 1 bounce house/slide combo for our kids birthday party. Everyone had a blast and the price was reasonable! What an incredible experience! Inflatable Adventures made my son’s 10th Birthday extra fun. They brought over a 4 in one bounce house and a sno cone machine. Delivery and pickup was a breeze and they made sure the schedule worked with our plans. Everything was very clean and in great condition. They double checked inside upon installation and resanitized.

They discuss the requirements and tips and tricks of all the items which made me comfortable with my rentals. The two guys who came to set up the giant water slide were so nice and helpful!!! Very knowledgeable and equipment was top notch! They gave me his personal cell # in case of any issues. Came first thing in the am on time and picked up when they said they would! I also ordered chairs and tables and these also were quality items and came clean! Guys were very friendly and your prices were very fair! Will definitely be using your company for our party again next year!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about this company! They were so quick to respond to my inquiry, the website was very easy to use and reserve what I wanted, Kim who confirmed everything was an absolute delight both on the phone and through text, and Matt who came to set up and break down was such a doll and a very hard worker that had a smile the whole time. He even took the time to talk with my overly excited 4 year old and let him "help" while he waited for it to be set up. Pricing was fair (actually better than the others and I researched them all in the area) and they offered discounts for paying in cash as well as had very fair cancellation policies. I HIGHLY recommend them for your next event!

Awesome selection of inflatables and great pricing compared to others. We chose the Fire and Ice water slide for our son's 8th birthday party! It was next level awesome!! I am very happy with the whole process of renting a bounce house combo water slide from inflatable adventures. The owner is very personable and easy to talk with, the whole process was quick and easy with confirmation days before. All of my questions were answered quickly via text over the coarse of several weeks, which I appreciated while juggling multiple party vendors. Cheryll, the owner, reached out to me to go over logistics and I was able to rent a large generator to operate two of their largest inflatables without having to worry about an outside power source! Made life easier. Her staff who came to the house were friendly, super nice, professional, and ran through all the details needed. When they came to pick up the equipment at the end of the party , they were generous in giving the kids one last go at the inflatables which made it exciting. We had sure an amazing experience again with Inflatable Adventures. The owner Cheryl is amazing. I originally rented a slide that can be use only dry. With the anticipation of the weather for my son’s birthday. Cheryl was super helpful up to the last minute as the weather kept changing. She wanted to make sure that the kids were going to be able to use the slide so she recommended a different slide that can be used wet or dry. I’m so happy and thankful that she made me switched the day of the party to the wet/dry slide because it rained the entire day and the kids had a blast. Ty Cheryl!!. Amazing day for my daughter! She walked outside and saw this monster themed bounce house on Halloween and freaked out! Super fast set up and very friendly service. Employees allowed kids to bounce extra long while they got ready to take it down. Great choice. Highly recommend for any parent who wants to blow their kids expectations for any type of party away!

I couldn't possibly recommend this company enough! I'll start by saying that the owner, Cheryll, has been an absolute saint from beginning to end. She was friendly, answered any questions or concerns that I had, she was beyond professional, which made our event even more pleasurable. The employee that delivered/setup/picked up, Nick, was amazing as well. He showed up earlier than expected (NEVER a bad thing) he explained the rules in an easy to understand instructions, and then he got right to work. He came back when he said he would, packed up, and even thanked me for using their service. The 3-in-1 that we ordered went beyond our expectations, my daughter's birthday was even more wonderful because of Inflatable Adventures, and I will recommend them to anyone I know! 5 stars across the board!

We were looking for a bounce house rental For my five-year-old’s birthday party and a couple companies came up. One in Particular that came up was myinflatableadventure. Their website was easy to navigate and understand. The website had all the information I needed size of the bounce house and size requirement . It made measuring out my potential spaces and the size bounce I could fit in the spaces super easy. Cheryl and her crew are amazing. Brett and Amanda were complete professionals and helpful every step of the way. We got text when they were on their way to set up the bounce house and when they were on their way back to remove it. I Have never worked with or rented a bounce house so I was a little cautious having friends and coworkers who have had bad experiences with other companies. We were so glad we found my inflatable adventures. I got updates via emails, text messages and phone calls the entire process. We never had a doubt about the company, their reputation or the safety of the children. Hosting a birthday for a five year old and all her schoolmates is stressful enough let alone worrying about the entertainment. Cheryl and her crew took care of everything set up sanitizing making sure it was secure with weights fully functioning and ready to go. We got a phone call at the end of the party when they were on their way they to break the bounce house down. They got the area cleaned up and they were on their way. It truly was a stress-free entertainment rental. Me and my wife are already discussing a waterslide rental at the end of the school year for our kids , that’s how much fun our kids had on big bounce house all to themselves. We can only imagine the fun our kids and their friends are going to have on an inflatable waterslide all to themselves. Best experience I’ve ever had dealing with kids birthdays. I cannot say enough about how amazing and accommodating Inflatable Adventures was to us. We booked them for our daughters 3rd birthday party, with a bounce house and a sand art kit. They were super friendly and helpful during the reservation process. Really thorough. And we were so excited to celebrate. However, we ended up getting a really bad round of coxackie in our house and the birthday girl had a terrible rash the week of the party. The team at IA helped to reserve the same party for us for the following week. And, because the universe has a really dark sense of humor, our daughter recovered only to come down AGAIN with another strain of the coxackie virus. I was ready to beg and plead but it wasn't necessary--IA's owner Cheryll was SO sweet and helped pushed our party for the second time. The party finally commenced on the 3rd date and it was wonderful!! The set up was on time, fast & friendly. The kids loved all of the entertainment at the party. And the team showed up right on time to break it all back down, much to the birthday girls chagrin. If I could give 20 stars I would. Will definitely use this company again!!

Absolute delight! Ordered the Mickey Mouse clubhouse for my daughters second birthday. Cheryl called me and went over everything, then called again the day before to confirm and answer any questions. I ended up calling asking about what happens if it rains and she explained weather happens so I wouldn't get charged or anything. The day of the party, the 2 gentlemen that came right on time, set up the clubhouse. They were polite and courteous and explained everything. After they left I realized where I asked them to setup was not great as I didn't consider 2 -4 years old running around the inflatable. I asked them if they could come back and move it 20 feet, and they came back after their next delivery. I apologized to them for me not thinking and they said don't worry and moved it for me. The kids had the best time! The bouncer was clean and had no issues. Watching the kids laugh so much made it so amazing. Pickup was right on time and the same guys who delivered picked up and they were just as nice as when they dropped off. They interacted with my daughter as they packed up and were so kind and amazing she thanked them "tank yoo". We will 100% use them again. The one guy was Matt. Can I give more than 5 stars? Great experience from start to finish working with Inflatable Adventures. Kim was so friendly and helpful when I first inquired about rentals for my sons birthday party. She went through everything with me in detail and took her time. I really felt like they appreciated my business. Kim and Cheryl were fantastic with keeping me up to date and informed with my rental as we had possible rain for the day. They were reasonable with their company policies and talked me through everything. They called when they said they were going to call, and emailed when they said they were going to email. Day of, Amanda and Brett showed up on time, friendly, and ready to set up. They were personable, and efficient. They were clear and thorough with the instructions of how to use the equipment we ordered. They were a breath of fresh air, and made me feel calm when I was having pre-party freak outs, lol I would definitely use this company again and again if this is the kind of customer service I can expect from them. Had a great time and experience with Inflatable Adventures. The only reason why I gave them 3 stars is that I wanted to keep it overnight and they would not honor that.

OWNER RESPONSE: Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I do apologize about us not allowing any of our inflatables to be left overnight. It has always been a priority of ours (even before Covid) to clean and sanitize our equipment before each customer’s use. Leaving it overnight lends itself to animals urinating on it, rain and sprinklers soaking it as well as a host of other issues. Since these inflatables are usually rented out the next day I would never want to take the chance of bringing it from one house straight to another house without doing what we do best…..CLEANING THEM 😊

It was such a great time, the kids were so amped.... as you're aware, the weather was incredible, so all of that worrying was wasted energy.... thanks for talking us off the edge, we were very close to changing our plans. The guys just finished up, they did a really great job in both the setup and tear down. Two of the mom's at the party were very in to the concept, and asked for you number which we gladly gave them. Used inflatable adventures for my daughters 10th birthday this past weekend. From start to finish we had a great experience. The customer service was great, they were quick to answer my emails and very accommodating when I realized at the last minute I didn't have the right sized hose. The day of the party they arrived on time and the guys setting up were very efficient and kind. They explained everything and set everything up perfectly. Everyone at the party had a great time (especially the kids). They offer table and chair rentals at a great price. We also rented the spin art and the kids loved that! Will definitely use them again for future parties.

The only reason I'm giving you 4 stars is because the two guys had to come pick up the stuff and I couldn't keep it forever :( Everything was wonderful and stress free! I didn't have to worry about anything on the day of my daughter's 6th Birthday which was a relief. Delivery was right on time and the guys made sure I knew how to operate all the equipment before leaving. They even have a great cancellation/rain date policy for inclement weather! I would not recommend this company as they would not refund my money. I ordered the joust for my son’s graduation party and unfortunately it rained the entire party time and no one could use it. Who wants to stand out in the rain and get soaked as it had no roof. I can see if I was able to use it even a portion of the time but it was a waste of money!!

OWNER RESPONSE: I am so sorry that it rained the date of your party as I am sure planning an outdoor occasion and having it be ruined due to the weather is frustrating. We do allow you to cancel for rain the day before your party with absolutely NO charge to you. Upon calling you to confirm the day before you decided to take the inflatable knowing that there was a 70% chance of rain during your party.

How to I begin. First, I’m from Alaska and was planning a family reunion in Matawan NJ. I knew I wanted something for the kids. I contacted and reviewed several places before finally calling Inflatable Adventures. WOW – the person who answered the phone walked me thru which would be the best choice for my group – and they were right — we got the wet obstacle course that can take adults too Price was good, and we got it for a good long time — not just a few hours. BUT it was not just that encounter, but also the call from the woman confirming delivery the day before the party — so pleasant and nice like they really cared…. and then the delivery guys OMG just the best people – one of them gave me several hugs as they could see how stressed I was getting the party ready. NICE NICE NICE People!! Set it up perfectly and it worked well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I have rented bounce houses from other companies, this was not my first experience, however, this was the BEST and EASIEST experience I have ever had! They worked with me recommending the perfect size for my needs, they had my property layout on their computer via google earth and picked the perfect spot to set it up with me and the guys that set it up turned it 4 times for me to have the entrance exactly where I wanted it. I was very impressed with your sense of safety and I agree with your policy whole heartedly. Sal was wonderful in set up and again, explained to me what he needed to tell me. He was a gentleman as well. The inflatables were meticulously clean, which I look for, and when Sal put the tarp over them in the event of rain, I almost fell over!!! And brought towels to wipe down the inflatables!!! How considerate and conscientious. The attendants ran a tight ship and I appreciated that. They kept the children under control which equaled safety. The attendants were kind, yet firm and I feel they helped set the tone for the entire event. The pick up crew were equally friendly and respectful and did their job in a timely fashion. There isn’t one criticism that I can think of in regards to your whole operation.

The recent bad weather here in central New Jersey has been torture for our family. After doing my research, I have priced out all the other inflatable rental companies in NJ and not one of them beat these prices. In fact, not one of the other companies showed any interest in helping me choose the perfect inflatable for my guests. One company told me he was leaving early and I needed to call back on Monday. But when I called Inflatable Adventures, I was given priority. I needed something fun for both my teen son and my big kid husband. Kim & Cheryll took the time to listen & gave me their advice. I really can't express how pleased we were with their customer service. We tried to have a huge party in May, we placed an order with Inflatable Adventures & spoke with Kim. She was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. The day before the party it was a 90% chance of rain. As ANY business owner would know, we have contracts to protect ourselves. They were very accommodating and rescheduled our rental to a day in early June. As fate would have it, there was an 85% chance of rain and we were released from our contract. As disappointed as we were, we got off the phone feeling good about it. I have spoken to Kim and Cheryll several times and they have both been extremely understanding and empathetic. I assure you we will rent from them again. Although our party was a wash-out, I left the phone call feeling satisfied and we felt we were treated understanding, compassion and kindness. If you need to rent an inflatable, this company has my vote of five stars.

This was my first experience with Inflatable Adventures. I did not have any problems with their inflatable but I did have a problem with their delivery time. My party was not starting until 2pm and they showed up at 7:30am to delivery it. I work a night shift and wasn’t up at that time so they left. They did not come back until 1:30 to set up. It was stressful and their lack of communication was the result of this.

OWNER RESPONSE:

We never intend to stress our customers and apologize for you feeling that way. We actually have been told a lot that we actually over communicate. Our first contact is a return call after you book to answer any questions (at which time we tell you the time block we deliver in). We follow that phone conversation up with an email also stating the time period we deliver. 3 days before your event we send a text asking if you have any delivery issues during our drop off time which is 7:30 in the morning until an hour before your party and if so to text back before the end of the day. We do this because sometimes people book weeks in advance and things can change like a sport game gets scheduled etc. Lastly, we call you a day before your event and give you the exact time of delivery. In your case we spoke to a gentleman that answered the phone at 3:34pm Friday who said he would give you the message. I am sorry that communication line was not there between you and him. Unfortunately, when you did not answer the door that morning (we knocked and rang the doorbell for 5 minutes before leaving) we had to continue on our planned route as our other customers were counting on us to be punctual. We did loop back at the end of our deliveries to set you up before the start of your party.

Everything was wonderful and stress free! I didn't have to worry about anything on the day of my daughter's 6th Birthday which was a relief. Delivery was right on time and the guys made sure I knew how to operate all the equipment before leaving. They even have a great cancellation/rain date policy for inclement weather! Cheryll, Your company provided the obstacle course and snack machines for the North Dover Elementary Carnival. Everything ran extremely smooth due to your employee Jimmy, he did an amazing job. We had the forces of the wind testing the cotton candy machine and the obstacle course, and Jimmy was always there to assist. He was extremely professional, helpful and friendly throughout the entire event. If there was a challenge, Jimmy handled it. I couldn't let his service go unnoticed, too often only the negative is said, in this case all was positive. Hello.

I have been meaning to write you guys and kept forgetting to. I wanted to tell you that the inflatable we rented for my sons 5th birthday was the best thing ever. Your guys were great, very polite, they took there time explaining everything I and my husband needed to know. The only bad thing was we didn't want it to go. My son was so excited to see it when he woke up he ran outside in his PJ's and started jumping on it right away. It was the best babysitter ever. It felt like it was an adult party because none of the kids were in site because they were in it the whole time. I will say I will be renting from you again next year for his party. Hi, We LOVED the slide!! The guys came on time to setup and they were very nice! The kids loved the slide so much! My son and his friend were on it at 9am and went nonstop the whole day until it was too dark to see the stairs! All the kids that came for the party couldn't get enough of the slide either! Again, the slide was awesome. If we ever rent a slide or bounce house I will definitely call you! As for this year and the past three years YOU GUYS ROCK THE HOUSE!! Our Memorial Day party was again a blast thanks to you, and the slides, cotton candy and snow cones. I heard people didn't go on vacation because they didn't want to miss our party! Thank you again for giving us a huge blow out! May as well do it now...Memorial Day for next year...We'll take the Tropical Water slide and the Roaring Rapids (they liked last years better) the cotton candy...maybe we need 1,000 cones!!!! the snow cone maker all for May 29th, 2011! Dear Cheryll,

Thank you much for recommending the obstacle course inflatable for our 5th grade outing which took place Monday May 24, 2010. The children truly enjoyed the obstacle course and even though they were exhausted form running back and forth, they just kept coming back for more. The kids said they loved the inflatable and really had an awesome day! It was definitely a big hit with the children.

Thanks for being prompt with the arrival and for making our day a success. Your staff was extremely courteous and very, very helpful. Hi Cheryll,
I just wanted to thank you again for a great experience with you guys.Your husband called Thursday night to confirm for our party on Sat.I explained to him how great you were with our first experience 2 years ago.The Ninja was a huge hit... I think we turned it off once or twice the whole day. Our children greeted your nephew and his helper at 8:30am and waved to them from our driveway as they beeped to them at 8:30 pm. I was so happy they enjoyed it.
I'm going to be in touch again soon. Our children both have summer birthdays, so I'm thinking about renting the dolphin slide (your nephew says how awesome that one is, he also said you have a new slide that probably wouldn't fit in our yard, but he hasn't tried yet). I'm still contemplating on a date. I'll let you know. Do you offer discounts for weekdays as opposed to weekends?

I would just like to take a moment to THANK YOU for your wonderful service. My daughter's birthday party on Sept. 5th was a big success due in large part to the Disney Princess Moon bounce. This was my first time renting a moon bounce and I shopped around extensively and your company provided the moon bounce at the BEST price and for the longest period of time. The moon bounce was very clean and the two gentlemen that delivered it were very nice and efficient. It was literally ready to go in minutes! Also, just as promised, it was delivered exactly on time! I really couldn't be happier with the service and the peace of mind of the cancellation policy. I will certainly use your company again and recommend it to friends and family as well. My kids and I can't wait until next year's party!
